Server Analytics

Panopto's new server analytics allows presenters and administrators to view statistics per session, per folder, or for the whole system.

System Wide Analytics

To access system wide analytics, follow these steps (Note: you must be logged in with an admin account to see system wide analytics):

1. Log into your CourseCast server.

2. Click on Admin - Analytics.

3. Data can be sorted by clicking on any of the links at the top of the chart (day, week, month, year, all time).  Below the chart is a list of folders, views, unique views, and total minutes viewed.

Analytics per Session

1. Log into your CourseCast server.

2. Click on Folders - find the individual session and then click on Stats (next to view and share).

3. Data can be sorted by clicking on any of the links at the top of the chart (day, week, month, year, all time).  Below the chart is a list of folders, views, unique views, and total minutes viewed. Views by video time shows which parts of your session are being watched.
