Archive Recordings
Go to http://yourpanoptoserver/Panopto/Pages/Default.aspx# and insert your username and password. Click "Log In" (If Active Directory is enabled, please choose the appropriate domain, from the "Login using" drop down box).
Archiving and Deleting Folders and Sessions
Within the web interface, you have the option to archive or delete an entire "Folder" or just a "Session." Archive will remove the folder or session from the web interface and links will no longer be viewable. The files will be archived on the Panopto server under the respective web/data (or sessions/video) folders. **Archive is NOT available on Panopto Hosted**
1. To archive or delete a Folder, click on "All Folders".

2. If you want to move the entire "Folder" and all of its "Sessions" to archive, find the desired folder and click "Settings".

3. Under the “Info” tab, select either Archive or Delete, then OK. If archived, the files can be located under c:PanoptoWeb_archive and PanoptoData_archive (drive letter might be different per your installation). If deleted, content is permanently removed and is not recoverable.

4. If you are an Administrator you can Archive, or Delete any content. But if you are a Creator, you may only Archive content within the Folder that you have Creator rights in.
