High Definition Recording - While Focus has always supported high-resolution recording for screen captures and secondary streams, until now it hasn't allowed users to capture primary streams at HD resolution in full motion. It's now possible to record and stream up to 720p for primary streams and full 1080p for secondary streams. With Panopto Focus 4.0, even users of high-resolution consumer webcams can now broadcast in full HD, right from the desktop.
To enable this in your Panopto Windows Recorder:

Click the Settings tab - Advanced Settings
Check box for "Use Adaptive Streaming capture format (BETA)
Click Create New Recording and notice that there are three new recording qualities (standard, high, and ultra).
